FAQs about digital marketing

Find out useful answers to your questions here.

What’s a blog post or website article?

This is a unique piece of content, written in your business’ tone of voice. I’ll find images for you where appropriate, as well as come up with the idea and research the topic thoroughly. It’ll normally be around 500 words, depending on your subject.

What’s a press release?

This is a piece of content you can send out to press – like websites and local newspapers – to announce your business’ new product or campaign. I’ll write it in a clear tone of voice so any press outlet can use it, and think of a good angle so that it’s more likely to be featured. It’s normally around 400 words long and will include a quotation (from you!).

What’s a social media update?

This is a short piece of content you can use on your social media channels. I’ll write them according to marketing best practice, your business’ tone of voice, and appropriate for the channel on which they’re being used. I’ll also include relevant hashtags or other information to help your content get seen.

Do you do social media?

Any of the small business products I offer can be used to learn about a social media channel or produce a social media strategy. But I don’t do community management or run social media channels.

That’s because my greatest skills are in marketing strategy and producing content, not community management. But I can support your own team with content in one of The Bundles, or help brush up their skills with The Masterclass.

Do you do non-digital marketing?

My background is in digital marketing and that’s where I can really help. But as a copywriter, I can write for anything – that includes printed material like leaflets, posters and pamphlets. If you need help with great writing for any aspect of your business, from your website to your menus, get in touch.
