Since 2012 I have taught marketing and communication subjects in higher education design schools. Ethics, sustainability and work with purpose are my focus. I have taught across all undergraduate and masters levels, supporting diverse courses such as Graphic Design, Illustration, Creative Practice and Creative Writing.

In 2022 I became a Trustee on the Board of Directors for Change Agents UK, a charity working to upskill young people for sustainable careers.

I was invited to consult for Indeed's 2022 report Diversity, inclusion and belonging in the UK workplace, specifically on my lived experience of being non-binary and what I recommend workplaces do to create cultures of belonging for gender non-conforming individuals. Full report here.

My invitations to speak have blossomed from my enthusiasm in how we can engage our hearts, bodies and souls in seeking purposeful lives. I take a 'Mr Rogers' approach to speaking: every audience is treated equitably, with deep love and nurturing challenge.

In my first career I worked as a copywriter and creative in fast-paced marketing agencies, with FTSE 100 and international clients such as Marks and Spencer, ghd, New Look, Redcats, Shop Direct, BT, Unilever, TSB, Aviva, TalkTalk, ASDA and NatWest. Over eight years agency-side and freelance I worked with around 60 individual brands.
